Every GRAV® product is a demonstration of superior craftsmanship and function. We take pride in our quality control and packaging standards, and we do our best to limit the number of shipments containing any broken, missing, or incorrect items. That being said, all things are possible, and in the event that you want to return or exchange any items, please review the guidelines below.


BROKEN ITEMS


If your order arrives with breakage or damage, please send a picture of the broken product(s) along with your order number to claims@grav.com. You have 7 days from the time of delivery (indicated on your FedEx tracking page) to report broken items. You’ll hear back from us within 2 business days. Once the breakage is confirmed, we’ll issue a Discount Code to your account as soon as possible. Please dispose of all broken glass carefully and responsibly.


INCORRECT ITEMS


If you receive something other than what you ordered, please email claims@grav.com with your order number and a picture of what was received. You have 7 days from the time of delivery (indicated on your FedEx tracking page) to report an incorrect item. You’ll hear back from us within 2 business days. Once the error is confirmed, we’ll send you a digital FedEx shipping label that you can print and use to return the product to GRAV®. As soon as we receive the return, we’ll issue a Discount Code to your account as soon as possible.


MISSING ITEMS


If an item or component from your order is missing upon arrival, please email claims@grav.com with your order number and a description of what’s missing. You have 7 days from the time of delivery (indicated on your FedEx tracking page) to report a missing item. You’ll hear back from us within 2 business days. Once the shortage is confirmed, we’ll issue a Discount Code to your account as soon as possible.


EXCHANGE POLICY


Is a product you received different from what you expected? GRAV is creating new and innovative products all the time. Our designs are based on extensive research, and we are confident in the relevance and value our brand provides. However, if you are pricing the items appropriately and you are not able to move them within 90 days, you may return them for a full credit you can put towards products that will move. Please be aware of the following conditions.

1) Items that are discontinued or were originally discounted are ineligible.

2) All items must be boxed in original packaging with no price tags or stickers.

3) Returning products in any condition other than how they were received will result in a 50% credit or none at all depending on the severity.

4) Your business is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to GRAV and any breakage that occurs during transit back to GRAV.

5) GRAV must be notified before merchandise is returned. Failure to notify GRAV will result in no credit of any kind.
